Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@kakuvera.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund for damaged items.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Cancellation Rules
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Because we strive to fulfill orders quickly, we recommend requesting a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a return.
